The third-party providers PingStuff relies on to operate the service.
About this list
To run PingStuff we use the third-party providers below, each for a specific purpose. This page is the authoritative list and is kept current as providers change. See how data is handled in our Privacy Policy.
Current subprocessors
- Vultr — Cloud hosting and infrastructure
- Resend — Transactional email delivery, and receiving mail sent to our published addresses
- Fibernetics — SMS delivery to Canadian mobile numbers (receives the recipient number and message text)
- Backblaze — Off-site backup storage (backups are encrypted before they leave our server)
- Sentry — Error monitoring (receives error reports and diagnostic context, not customer check data)
Planned or not yet active
These providers do not process customer data today. Each activates only when the matching feature goes live, and this page will move it to the current list when that happens.
- Twilio — SMS delivery (configured as a fallback, not in use today)
- Stripe — Payment processing (when paid subscriptions open)
- PostHog — Product analytics (when enabled)
- BetterStack — External uptime monitoring and status page (when the public status page activates)
Changes
We will update this page when we add or remove a subprocessor. Questions can go to privacy@pingstuff.com.
Data processing agreement
If your organization needs a data processing agreement (DPA) covering how we handle personal data on your behalf, one is available on request — email privacy@pingstuff.com or, the most reliable channel, the contact form at pingstuff.com/contact. We will notify subscribed customers by email before we add a new subprocessor to this list, so you can review the change before it takes effect.
